Westmoreland Hand painted milk glass pierced plate is offered. Decorated with maple leaves design and scalloped rim. Preowned but with no chips, cracks or scratches. There are some lines that are very faint that are visible but do not feel like a crack - looks like either from creation process or possibly mild scuff. I took a picture for full disclosure.
